Still In Charge takes no money from anyone.
No sponsorship, no donations, no fees, and no tier or price structure. The program is given away free to students and schools and stays that way. This page exists because the question gets asked, and because the terms below hold whether or not anyone ever supports the work. If outside support is ever accepted, the independence floor governs it.
The terms that hold whether or not anyone ever supports this.
Absolute, and not contingent on anything. The program's credibility is the asset a sponsor associates with, and this floor is what preserves it.
No editorial input
No sponsor may review, approve, direct, or veto any program content, ever. Conditioning support on content influence is a terminable breach.
No student data
The program collects none, so none exists to share. No supporter would receive student data in any form, aggregate or otherwise.
Nothing in student materials
No sponsor name, logo, or message appears in or on anything students receive, under any circumstances.
No implied endorsement
Sponsorship is not Fellowship Intelligence's review, validation, or endorsement of a sponsor's products, practices, or AI posture, and may not be represented as such.
Recognition can be removed
Fellowship Intelligence may suspend or remove recognition, without refund, for conduct that harms the program's reputation or mission.
Why the floor is absolute
The program's credibility is the whole of its value to a school. A floor that bends under a large enough cheque is not a floor, so these terms are written to hold before any money is on the table, which is the only point at which they cost nothing to promise.
Straight about what this is, and what it isn't yet.
Not accepting funds
Still In Charge is a project of Fellowship Intelligence LLC. A mission-locked nonprofit intended to qualify under Section 501(c)(3) is being formed; that status is pending, not yet granted. Still In Charge is not soliciting or accepting donations, sponsorships, or fees, there is no tier structure or price list, and no payment made now would be tax-deductible. Its program is free to students and schools and is funded by Fellowship Intelligence at its own cost.
Not a charitable contribution
Fellowship Intelligence is a Nevada limited liability company (LLC), not a nonprofit. Payments to Fellowship Intelligence are not charitable contributions and are not tax-deductible. This is stated so the distinction is never blurred, not as an invitation; Still In Charge is not accepting support of any kind at this time.
